98-02 tailpipe hanger question?

Where does the newer style tailpipe hanger mount on the frame, and does anyone know the part # or a cheap place to get one? If someone could take a picture of the hanger with a tape measure measuring back to the spring hanger or some other benchmark that would be great. Thanks.

PDR used to have them when I bought my exhaust. They still might.

I found the one on Summit, but they're out of stock until the end of the month. Its probably an OEM Dodge part, does anyone happen to know the #? Or if someone has put stacks or another kind of exhaust that doesn't use the hanger, want to sell it?
