5th Guage spot??

Anyone know of a 4 guage pillar for a 94-97?? I've got a three guage now with Pyro/Boost/Boost in it, and another one (air pressure) where the cupholder used to be with my new switches.

I need one more for drive pressure...problem is, where the heck do I put it.

Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Chris

Chris, Only 4 gauge A Pillar I've seen is on Big Blue...home built. (See his gallery)
Had good luck with my Autometer Dash Pod.
Works well for Elec. gauges....was a real PITA for the mechanical Fuel Pressure gauge.

I just use a temp hook up for drive pressure...in my EGT probe hole. Do you need one full time?

I custom built a 4 gauge pillar for my truck and also made a gauge mount on the dash between the speedo and the tach. I've got pics in my gallery.

i am not sure but i think you second gen guys can get pods for overhead. i think they go over rear view mirror. but that might be hard with a pressure guage.

what about that little cubby hole?

My 96 has one right next to the cup holders, IE on the left side... seems like a good spot for a gauge,

Check out the one in my gallery. I started with a 3 gauge pod, then added a 'universal gauge pod' from JC Whitney. My gauges are listed in my signature below.

Just use a switch to toggle in-between trans and rear end temps on the same gauge.
That is unless you like lots of gauges.

chris, did u get rid of the X-monitor??? I thought I saw one of those on your steering column in your gallery?? a friend of mine was considering the X-monitor is why I was asking, if you got rid of it was it for any particular reason??? you could do a dash mount on the left side beside of the pillar mount, but that might make for a major blindspot running both?? the cubby hole would probably be better if u don't have foglights, Dusty
