I have a straight piped 3", looked at many 5 inch tips but would like to go from where the muffler used to be back out the original location with a 5 inch tailpipe. Then maybe cap it with a chrome 5 or 6 inch tip. Does anybody know of someplace that could bend/sell me a 5 inch tailpipe only? Plus ship it? I checked with MBRP, they had some miss bends they were selling, but I would really like it to be bent properly to avoid any future complications. Someone said make it from elbows and stuff I could buy from a truck place....but I thought about all those welds to put it together and that seemed like it would weaken it. Thanks for any info!

Wide open performance has a 6" tip reduced to 5" with no bands or screws would need to be welded. I could prob get you a pic of one on my old truck if you want.

I just bought a new system for my truck and he substituted a 5 inch tailpipe in the kit. It goes from the end of the straight pipe up over the axle and out the back. He has the adapters to convert the smaller pipes like your 3 incher into the 5 inch tailpipe too to make hookup easy.
