Just finished up installing the new exhaust system (included a 4 inch DP, and 5 all the way back holding a 6 inch tip on) Install went pretty easy, although the bolts on the downpipe to the turbo elbow didnt come out so we had to cut em and tap in for some new ones... BUT, I cant believe how great this thing sounds now. It just says to them V8 diesels, "you'll need a sex change to touch this".

Ohh BTW I also noticed 2 of my exhaust manifolds were loose, so i tightened them back down.. Any ideas why they might come loose like that???

 

the bolts on the exhaust manifold just come loose.. they do that.. Go to the dodge dealership and buy 4 locks for them.. you just use a hammer and a socket to get them over the bolt.. and that will help with them comming loose.. i acutally just lost one bolt/spacer on my manifold recently
