I just finished installing my 5inch exhaust. It sounds great. Its deep and mellow when you want it to be or loud as hell if you want. I ran a straitpipe. It is actually quieter than my stock straitpipe at 65 but at 75 its loud! Overall it was worth it.

 

That sounds great! Did you notice if your EGT's are running at a lower temp? And did you notice any extra power when it was done?

 

Its sounds sick. Egts are lower and as far as power no noticable gain.

 

Aww Yeah...nothing better than getting your Dodge to sound just how you like it! MAN, I am so hooked to my 2 trucks. Can't believe the amount of comparing truck guys do going down the road and sittin' at lights. Wish I started this at 16!

My "new" '01 with 5" mitred stacks sounds sweet! Sure you'll love that straight pipe setup!
