4in V-band clamp

4in V-band clamp
I'm about to put a HTB2 Killer on the truck and I found a V-band clamp for the downpipe. Any 4in V-band clamp should work, correct? I've heard that those clamps can be weird sometimes. Thanks

They are very weird! If you have an HX-40 downpipe... it's actually a 3.5" big rig clamp... sometimes! Has to do with the flare on the end.
Best to take exact measurements of what you need and measure any clamp you think you want to buy.
OR....
If an HX-40 downpipe...buy a band clamp from Rip or Piers.... pay a little more but know your getting the right one.
