4" v-band and flanged pipe?

4" v-band and flanged pipe?
Looking for a place to buy a flanged piece of pipe that will fit an HX40 so I can manufacture my own downpipe. Anybody know where I can but the pipe and clamp for a reasonable price? I had it in my head that I would just put a piece in the lathe and make my own flange but I still need to clamp. Thanks in advance.
