3in to 6in Skyjacker Drop Pitman arm?

Anybody use the skyjacker 3 to 6in lift pitman air? How did it improve you're steering performance? I can see it improving the side to side movement at the steering gearbox and take some stress off the gearbox.

Is that the drop pitman arm or the extrem drop pitman arm? I'm pretty sure its just the drop pitman. All it does is flip the mounting position of the drag link. Instead of the nut tightening under the pitman arm, it tightens on the top. Understand that? It is no longer than stock. Now the extreme drop pitman arm does the same thing, but it is also like 3" longer than factory which is what I have on my truck. A drop pitman arm period will help with the angle of the drag link in relation to the track bar. You want both of these as flat as possible and to match up to pretty much the same angle. It helps with bumpsteer, and definately helps with the dreaded death wobble.
Later,
Tommy

I bought the 6in drop pitman arm to replace the one that came with my lift kit. It was great until it cracked. Put the old one back on and havent had any issues since.

Thanks man, just the info that I needed. I want me truck to handle like its on rails but take the bumps as well. I this will almost restore the factory angle to the control arm coming off the steering gearbox. Right now the handling is abit twitchy on some of the bumps.
