His truck is really sluggish it has a zero plate slid full foward, boost elbow, afe intake, 4" exhaust and timed at 15.5* maybe im just used my truck having bigger injectors but his truck really needs some help. It dosnt smoke much at all is this normal for the 160 pumps??

They are kinda low in power, and the injectors will help some. Might want to also replace the overflow valve, clean the fuel strainer, and replace the rubber fuel lines that go from the back of the engine down to the frame. Also have him check his throttle cable, those older ones have a tendancy to stretch and not allow full throttle. Push the pedal to the floor and have him grab the throttle cam on the pump and see if it is getting full travel.

Another thing that will make a huge difference is if he has an auto tranny and its stock, I see you have an ATS and that is one of the biggest improvements you can make on an auto truck. The stock auto sucks REALLY bad so a converter and vb upgrade would help alot more than any fuel improvements at this point.

Hope this helps....Josh

One last thing make sure he has guages (boost and pyrometer). With a zero plate he should be pushing atleast 35psi or better, if he's not then he may have a boost leak. Also zero plate with a stock turbo can get kinda toasty and I'd hate to see him burn it up.
