215 injectors

What is the most hp that can be produced with the stock 215's??? I currently run the #11 plate from TST but there are some things in the works that I could be replacing it with bigger plate. And I was wondering what the limits are on the 215's..

Rick

Re:215 injectors

I made 348hp with the 215's on a hot summer day and a number 11 plate, and a stock turbo a couple of years ago. It had more in it.
Prolly 400 with a 10 plate and HX40

Don~

Don:
How was the smoke with the 35 and # 11 plate?

I think I'm ready to pull the 370's out of mine and go to a # 11 plate. I do have the 14 housing, though.

Re:215 injectors

Rick
Yes I'm still running my stock turbo.
I can warm it up if I try but it is very managable.
I use my truck to haul farm equip. on a regular basis.
I gross 25-30,000 lbs quiet often.
My Pyro is post turbo and on a big hill I can make it climb, but I try not to go past 1150 deg. ( POST ).
I can back out and still pull the hill and prob still in front of most.
I am going to try a 14 - or 16 housing before I go to the 370,s.
Check my sig and you will see all that I am runnin.
The think that has helped my EGT's at this point is my Scotty II.
If you have any questions feel free to pm. me or I usually check in here on the forums.

Re:215 injectors

You can see my sig., I dynoed 375hp and 798 ft. lbs. torque. That was all the dyno would put on her, boost only went to 36# and EGT went to 1150*. She will peek 39# and over 1500* (pre-turbo).
Gene
