2003 quadzilla module
I just saw an ad on EBAY for the new 2003 quadzilla modules for the 2003 SO and HO cummins engines. Says they can get up tp 140 HP with the adjustable module without excessive exhaust temperatures. Pretty bold claim. Anbody have these on their 03 HO trucks? Heres the item # and link

Re:2003 quadzilla module
I saw some Quadzilla stickers on trucks at Muncie. I don't know much about them. I would be interested to find out if they are related to Bully Dog like BD is related to Edge. Their claims seem very similar. Sometimes it is easier to go with something people have experience with, that way you can find out the good and the bad of a setup.

Re:2003 quadzilla module
Chris from Cylone Diesel replied to a few answers I had. I asked if i needed to upgrade the turbo or injectors. Here is what he told me:
"All you need is the module for the power. It does smoke under heavy throttle in 140hp mode. We do recommend a pyrometer as the 03 has a small turbo and even stock egt's are a little higher. You should never tow in 140hp mode. An exhaust system helps a lot with egt's. The adjustments
on the module are stock/70hp/140hp. I hope that was what you wanted to know feel free to call if you need to know more 903-776-9942

Re:2003 quadzilla module
The Edge rates their power claims in RWHP not flywheel, Quadzilla does not specify. I would therefore assume the extra horse power is flywheel HP which does not include the typical 10-20% drive train losses. Nevertheless quite a claim.

Re:2003 quadzilla module
You are right - they dont specify. Let's see... 305 + 140 = 445 flywheel hp. Ive seen dynos of 03 HO's that were 277rwhp. Thats about 10% loss to the wheels (6sp man). Applying that to the 445 HP claim would get you about 400rwhp. Not bad if they can prove it. A scotty III and a straight-thru exhuast might even up that. Guess we'll have to wait and see if someone has tried it.

Re:2003 quadzilla module
Hey guys, this is my first post here. I just wanted to let you know that I tried a quad module for my 7.3 and it worked well. It was stock-50-70hp and 70 felt real strong. I believe that was rated rear wheel numbers. They make a module for the 6.0 also that really makes them move, like high 13 low 14's with a box and exhaust. I decided to go with a chip instead to improve my trucks shifting, and get some higher hp settings. 8) But the module worked, and the customer service is really good. They have a 30 day money back guarantee.

Re:2003 quadzilla module
Wecome to the board Fordman84. I have used and sold some of the Quadzilla stuff. It works as advertised, they are good folks to deal with. By my own determination, it is all Bully Dog parts in a different box. At least on the 03 Dodge Box, and the 6.0L Ford box. I have had both suppliers boxes at the same time and tried them on the same truck, they were identical. This is my opinion. Quad puts his products in a black odd shaped box now, they used to be in a gold and red box just like Bully Dog.
