Well, I finished up the twins last week...actually finishing up on friday, with an exhuast housing change on the hx 35. Currently it has a hx 35- 16 and ht3b-26. I pulled a 50ft enclosed trailer 900 miles loaded one way. Loaded.....well its safe to say that if I had a warantee (i don t , 1998) it would be voided, grossed over 28k.

I broke the carier bearing pulling a hill. Not that bad, but it did take some doing to get one from a dealer (155$ btw)

I pulled 1000 miles back. This all took place from monday night at 8pm to weds night at 10 pm.

It flat pulls. I need to do fine tuning, but in general it is very nice. I could basically pull as fast as I wanted. About three hills got me good when loaded, noty that big of deal, ussually traffic related.

I could pull most hills in 5th (3.54's) at 68-75 mph. Some hills would drop to 4th. I did test at one point....Started the hill at 85 mph, 6 % (not real long) creasted at 82mph, egts at 1350. That was as hard as it would run period. I know I shouldn t go that fast, and don t make a habit out of it. I think my average speed was around 65-70 .

I'm glad the twins ended up working out for you. What did you end up doing for wastegate, I presume it is external?

85mph with gcw over 28k, I hope your brakes were up to par.
