2.2 edms on the dyno

MY truck runing just on 2.2edms with no box just a boost fooler and a b1-2 as a charger made 352.7 hp and 729.2 tq on the dynojet that was at sheids this past weekend but with comp box on 9 i could only get 399.8hp and 894.5 on tq. Why would you think that a tst comp would only make 47.1 hp and 165.3 ft lbs of tq? Does it have something to do with being a High Output.

More Power,

I have a similar setup to yours. See my signature. I have 1.5 EDM's and an EZ and my numbers are close to yours. I have the stock HX35 that came on it. Seems like you should be getting more out of the TST. Looks like the difference in HP between our trucks is the injectors and your TST is on one of the lowest settings.
If you tow, how high does your EGT get? I'm looking for a bigger turbo, how do you like your B1-2?

The numbers are low. Check everything. The comp is the first thing that I would look at.

Don do you think the numbers on injectors are right . The truck was ran with comp on 5 and made 395.2 hp and891.7tq but wouldnt make anymore from there on up. Tst told me i have reached the limits of my h.o. pump.

That's a possibility. I know the HO's give up sooner than the SO's.

The H.O. will go to 500 HP with a single and 550 or so with twins. Keep checking other stuff. Like the box or the fuel inlet pressure of the pump. You should have made 450 or more.

A truck very similar in set up to yours this weekend made 472 HP.

HX40, Mach 2's and a Comp Box. It was an SO truck though.

If you made the 350 with just injectors and the turbo...you are ok then.

The first thing I would do is check the fuel pressure. Second I would do a full power run and watch the egt's. Then unplug the pump wire and do another run to see if things change. It might be a bad pump wire connection or a ground problem or even a box problem in general. I would say you should be in the 425+hp range on a Dynojet with little to no correction factor.

I would double check the pump wire, and fuel pressure.

I picked up some HP (10-15) by raising my FP from WOT from 5 psi to 15psi.
