Many thanks to the Crosses for their hospitality!

It was a good time even though the weather was no fun.

Same here but we had a nasty headwind the entire 25 miles on 222 that made things a slow go.

Its nice to be sitting in front of the wood stove right now after sitting outside last night.

Hey guys definitely had a great time yesterday watching that exciting diesel action and looking forward to the next event in June hopefully when the weather is more forgiving. It was almost like winter wanted to come back for a day there! Should be back in the truck by the next event and Brandon make sure to tell your dad I said "thanks" for treating us to the burgers, beans, and just making us feel at home in the camper. Had a good time talking and listening to his mods and experiences on draging Pintos against other muscle cars that's for sure. Can't go wrong with the 1st GEN group I do have to mention that. I gotta lot of work to do to mine after I get it back from the body shop from having it painted. Have to mount and wire up the TG Mountaineer aluminum bed to the frame, possibly mount and fabricate a gooseneck ball plate to bolt to the frame around the bed, and install a Dana 80 dually rear I bought over the winter out of a 94 cab/chassis 2nd GEN. I'm looking forward to totally transforming the truck here with all the good weather through the rest of the spring and all summer.

I would have come up on the hill to say hello, but we ended up bringing the inlaws & my niece.... needless to say, they all would not have fit in the truck, so I ended up driving my father-in-law's van. They had a blast! They thought I was the only nut with smoke stacks on his truck.... Little did they know.... LOL!!!!!
