For those of you who asked for the recipe.....here it is. It's very simple and very good!

S'mookies

Ingredients for one Batch:

1)Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Pouches (You can make the cookies from scratch if you feel so inclined but the Pouchs are easy and ready to go)

2) 1/2 of a jar of "Kraft Jet Puffed Marshmallow Cream" (7oz jar)

3) 1/2 Cup of Small Chocolate Chips

4) 2 Tbs unsalted butter

Baking Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 375*. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray

2) Roll cookie dough (from Betty Crocker PB pouches) into 1 inch ***** and flatten with a fork. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes, then place cookies in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

3) While cookies cool, place chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat about 1 minute or until just melted. Let stand until the chocolate is slightly stiff.

4) Heat marshmallow cream in microwave for 10 seconds to soften. Spread marshmallow on a cookie, chocolate on another and sandwich together. Store finished cookies in the fridge.

When they look undercooked but nearing done and a little gooey, take them out. After cooling they are chewy and soft.
