It's rain or shine. The only thing that is asked is try not to dig up the lawn.. and the guys dynoing.. try to make a pass or two up the road to clear the mud from the tires.. Saves the folks in the dyno bay from getting a mouthful of mud.. LoL.

Looking back on the old photos.. Fall Brawl '03 was a rainy one. Didn't hurt attendance though.

The latest weekend forecasts I've heard are saying it may try to clear up some... So it could be rain free!

Rain or shine!!

Looks like the weather may be a tad questionable for the weekends festivities. So I will ask that everyone please be considerate when entering and leaving the grassy hill as it will be soft.

Also,
If it does rain this shows will happen anyway and we will dyno until finished. However,if it does rain we will ask that those owners who dyno please run the trucks down the road and back to ensure some of the mud is removed from the tire treads. We have done this before and it worked out well and we appreciate the co-operation from everyone.

IF your going to be using the shop for work we also ask that you dyno sometime during the weekend as its the least you can do.Remeber to please bring something along to be cooked or eat and/or some drinks,as we have some left from the fall but not near enough to feed a big crowd.

Look forward to seeing everyone again and lets all hope for good weather

We also will be running a bracket style shootout for those who dyno on each day.Its a contest to see how well you know your own truck, the added cost will be $1 with the winner taking it all. When its your turn to dyno simply write down on your T-time card what you think your truck will make for HP and pay the man in the dyno bay the extra dollar. The owner who is the closest to his HP guess will win the added pot.In case more than one owner end up in a tie,the purse that is gathered will be split between them all.YOU MUST BE PRESENT to collect your winnings at the end of each day.Separate events will be held for both days and all owners are eligible each day if they dyno on each day and pay the fee...........

Congrats on the numbers, Josh!

I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't tuned it myself.

Wow Nick, you cranked out 400HP with your truck? I thought you were hoping for 325 or so. Thats pretty darn good for a mostly stock engine. Might need to look for a 12v to work on.

Yeah I know.. I'm still quite stoked! I was sure bringing the truck with some basic hard parts already installed (by previous owner) and letting the gurus fiddle with it would be an experience for myself and them!

I think that's gotta be some world record, It's still got a stock airbox with a stock element, OEM lift pump and lines back and into the tank. All stuff that is sufficent on a first gen at 160hp.. But not quite like the OEM stuff on a 2nd gen.

That's the first thing I told Hammer in the dyno bay after that run there SmokenS! My actual guess for HP was 340hp on the card.. for the shootout.

Nick,
That little leak straighten itself out?

My old truck laid down 424/1039. Not bad for a 271,000 mile engine.
