I was happy to help.

That was a brutal pull, he is lucky he wasn't one of the many trucks that spit out driveline parts last night.

i did not think it was too bad, he came off the line in second and hit third. but it was his first time pulling and he had fun,so i guess thats all that matters. im surprised as well that he did not break anything, i could wiggle the cv joint with my hand pretty well lol. sorry i missed you brandon, i moved down into the pits to help with the truck. i wanted to come up again and see the trucks that showed up later but we could not get it into 4wd so we were busy with that and getting through regastration and insp. as well.

was that the black dually that pulled? We were cheering for him all the way... was sitting next to a chevy fan.... he laughed at me when his pull was over; I told him to give the kid a break; its a 17 year old truck with 1/2 the power of a lot of those new trucks... oh well... on a side note was that your awesome looking blue truck pulling ?!?

It was not that bad of a pull ... next time tell him not to shift and NEVER downshift, when he did that I thought for sure something was gonna let loose.

Also there was a nice sent of buring clutch after his pull time for a dual disk

Sure was a cold night, but a good one. It was good to see some first gens in the show. I felt kind of retarted pulling into the parking lot in my vw, but i had no choice, the truck is in the middle of a major renovation. Hope to get it back together for later this summer and join you guys for the evening.
