Yamaha Raptor Question

Does anyone know where to look for an Edelbrock carb. for a 2001 Raptor ATV? I looked on EBay but they are still way expensive. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
Scott

go to edelbrocks site one thing about the edelbrock single over the mikuni 2 is that your thumb throttle will be extremely stiff and some people really dont liek that i mean its alot stiffer i woud just stick with 2 FCR's or 2 bigger mikunis

A freind had a quick silver on his raptor the instant they became available and he never got it adjusted rite as long as he owned the machine. He wanted it to try and make his raptor out run my DS in a drag race but every time he started tinkering with it he would end up making it even slower. By time he got rid of it I could eisaly out run him on my stock DS. He sold it to a race shop and it took them very little time to tune it properly and get the potential out of the QS carb. As previously stated you will notice a huge diference in how hard it is to open the thumb throttle.

I would go with FCRs. Far better carbs in my opinion but, if the edlebrock is too much $ then the FCRs are not in your price range either.
