I think its a toss up between the two. I loathe them equally.

I would say the first one is worse. If I want to be yelled at, I'd join the army, also, who lets their bath tub get THAT dirty (unless you're washing the Cummins head after a serious port and polish job)????

I'll toss my vote in for the first guy. Not only is he annoying while selling Kaboom, but also when selling Mighty Putty, Hercules Hook, Orange Glo, Handy Switch, etc, etc. Everytime commercials come on, it seems like he shows up.

Billy Mayes...Top Guy has by far the most annoying voice on TV!! But some decent products! Must be selling a lot to afford his advertising budget?

The SHAM-WOW guy... IMO, is kind of cool! I kinda like his style but the product has been ripped apart badly on the web!
According to what I read, it's just a cheap sponge, shapped like a towel??

So if it magically soaks up all the liquid it comes in contact with, how do you put it in the washer? Won't it just soak up all the water?

It's a paradox...

"you follow me camera guy" LOL!

I think Billy Mays must own stock in that "No one can tell just for men" beard dye company.

Alright, since I have never before watched either commercial, I would have to say the first one was annoying as all get out and the second one was mesmerizing. I wouldn't run out and buy that crap but I suspect Vince could sell sand to an Arab....
