i cant find them in the member photos. i went to a post that i had made and clicked on the members photo gallery link under my name and then on view members pics but they didnt show up......nothing was there ?? they were there earlier.....what hapened ? thanks, scott

Some of your photos were removed due to your "For Sale" captions. As you have been told before, the classified section is where you place your FOR SALE items.

The forums here are not a flea market area, and we wish to keep it that way.

ook i can upload them again w/out the caption ........ sorry about that. i didnt think it would hurt to use it as a cption under my pics in the photo area. i thought we just werent allowed to do it in these forums.... sorry again , scott

The pics are fine as long as you leave the for sale caption off. Feel free to advertise them in the "other" category in the Classifieds.

I need to get up around Chambersburg to see if the army surplus is still there. I'm looking for a diesel generator and they usually have or had some of that stuff sitting around. I need to check Saturn Surplus too to see if they have anything in that line.

I'm the one that deleted them and it wasn't until I hit the button that it dawned on me that I could have just deleted the title and comments. I was planning on sending you a PM to explain, but had to get off-line for a time and go tied up. Glad to see we got it straight.

BTW,,,, I used to come up to that neck of the woods to go to the hill climbs at the White Rose MC club. I used to party with friends in the Iron Thunder MC club years ago.

Yes.

The pics weren't transferable over to the new forum software.

There was a message towards the beginning when the new software was put in use letting everyone know to grab their pics from the old site before they vanished.

You must have been basking in that 75 degree weather at the time.

So, yes, you will need to re-upload them.

You don't have to make an album like you did in the old days,
just upload them and they automatically go into your album.
(once a moderator OK's them)

You can still go HERE to get your old pics and download them to your PC if you don't have them. Then you can upload them into the new Gallery.

Hey, thanks guys. Ironically I was down in the keys chasing PistolWhipped, diving, fishing, swimming and enjoying towing with the White Ghost. I was gone a couple weeks and did not take the laptop. So, it was a surprise when I got back. Then, off another two weeks chasing Mickey and Minnie and Flipper. So, been out of touch a little bit. Life is tough sometimes but someone has to do it.

I will reload some pics. I really need to take a new picture of the Ghost since she has more goodies on her anyway. Thanks for the help.
