Where to buy a NPT plug?

I'm looking for a 1/8" NPT plug, so that I can fill the hole where my transmission sensor and fuel pressure sensor was. Does anyone know where I could find something like that locally on a sunday? Lowes and Home Depot didn't seem to have much, nor did Autozone or Advance Auto. One hydraulic place comes to mind, but they're open Mon-Fri and I go into work too early and get out too late to ever make it there.

Suggestions?

Thanks,
Shawn

yeah, I was thinking auto parts but surely home depot or lowes should have it over in the plumbing section. Actually I'm sure they do I have rigged all sorts of stuff from that section. 1/8th, 1/4 etc.

Go to NAPA, they usually have smaller stuff like that. Or a farm supply store, thats where I have gotten mine.

Hardware stores should have it. Can't find a NPT a MPT will work in a pinch. I did that before.

I wish I thought of true value yesterday!! Also have a tractor supply I forgot about! I'm almost positive Lowe's and Home Depot don't here. I couldn't find a single section that had smaller than 1/2" NPT

1/8 and 1/4 sizes are in the section where the hardware for plumbing in water filters and ice makers is located. They also stock the needle valves and reducers.

The plug may be brass. Just ask someone instead of trying to locate it in the plumbing section only. Any descent hardware store will have one.

I ended up finding them at Home Depot. Figures...checked once and couldn't find them but walked right up to them this time. All is well, got all the holes plugged on the 99 and took 'er for a drive today since it doesn't fit in the parking garage at the Monster Truck show.

Truck seemed to actually run smoother without the adrenaline on it...

Thanks guys,
Shawn
