What are you paying for fuel??
Re:What are you paying for fuel??
Depending on the station, between $1.999 and $1.579. Gotta shop carefully... BTW, gas is $1.749 and up for regular, 10 cent spread per grade. Glad I'm in a diesel now!

Just drove from Nevada to Virginia --
$1.59 Wendover, NV
$1.69 Laramie, WYO
$1. 64 Lincoln, NB
$1.72 Davenport, IO
$1.39 Shelbyville, IN
$1.59 Beckley, WV
$1.32 Blacksburg, VA
Cheaper in Virginia? Why?
No lie.

The gas companies don't want any congressmen to get hit with the increase personally. Might make new legislation more of a priority. :

Re:What are you paying for fuel??
Once again, the west coast has to support the high rates. Now we're being told it's because of the blackout, the pipeline problem in Az and some refinery doing routine maintenance. You'd think they would come up with better stories than that. It's just coincidental that this is also a holiday season. Diesel, 1.79 and up. MOGAS, 2.00 plus. Really pay for premium. It's all about profits.

It's a conspiracy.... with school starting back up, some CEO wanted to pay for his kids college. He ordered someone to knock out a powerline so they could stop production and lay off all the employees for a few days, then rape everybody on the price of fuel.
