Ok. I don't really care all that much about my posts but where in the world did they all go? I was well over 12k posts earlier today and I just looked and I'm back at 9k. I'm getting tired of having to prove to yall that I can go over 10k posts.

 

Never mind. I figured it out. Sucks that I now gotta work to get back up to 12k.

 

You will just get to hit 10k posts once again...

 

Post counts don't really mean much to me, and I know Jack tags a lot of the catagories as not counting towards a users post count. Only 'useful' information gets counted. What I'd really like to know is, where did I get my 190-something posts from? I don't think I've EVER contributed anything that could be even remotely considered 'useful'!

You are correct. I'm going to be locking down a bit more here pretty soon. I may get rid of them altogether but I haven't made that decision yet.

 

Well, you used to come see us in the 1st gen forum quite a bit. I recall you had a few good answers.

 

Does anybody really try and post random things to get their post count up? I know I don't. I just kinda like having the bragging rights to top poster.

Yeah, but that was before I REALLY read everyone else's posts and answers, and discovered how little I truly know! Now I've sold the 93, only have a 98 with no mods, (which I really don't like all that much), and the only thing I can contribute to any of you is sarcasm and coffee. I know it ain't much, but I like bein' a part of this 'family'. So, I guess until Jack locks the breakroom door, that's where you'll find me!

its not just you big blue, seems I lost a few hundred overnight, my guess is someone is stripping all the post counst from entire threads from all posters in it if not deemed worthy. No biggie, I'll keep donating to the server fund regardless of my post count goes up or down, I like the information I get here, and try to share it....... and without a killer server, there is no way thats gonna happen with this many people involved.

 

Do you guys really go through all the posts to determine if they count toward the "post count"??

 

I knew Jack really didn't have anything better to do...

I think I went from some 500 posts down to 200 and change. I"m guessing this one won't count either.

 

If you don't care, then why post a thread about it?
