I sure messed up, that's for sure. I scheduled myself to work this weekend. Forgot all about the EAA fly-in going on at the local strip.

Not a cloud in the sky and winds right down the runway at 10-12kts.

Did get the bumper on my truck a few minutes ago, and the wash bucket is ready, so I guess it could be worse.

I had to work Memorial Day and New Years Day last year. The 2 different salebarns decided to have a "special" sale. Not this year, though.

 

look on the bright side..... at least you have a paycheck........

 

Same here...But the boss man is gonna be so generous to let us leave an hour early

 

don't feel to bad. i worked friday 24hrs, saturday 24hrs (overtime = $800 per day), off today, & work tomorrow 24hrs. 3 out of 4 days isn't bad


can't complain too much. the money will come in handy.

Had to come in today too, off the next to though.... but the rain is suppose to move in.

 

i'am on my 3rd of 7 in a row,12hrs. a day, the money will come in handy for our yearly colorado trip.can't wait !

 

when u goin to colorado...and where at? Im headed to Estes in begin of august

 

we will be getting there july 10 and will be there 7 days,will be visiting family in wheat ridge,also going to rocky mountain nat. park, estes park, the sand dunes park, rafting and checking out some new hunting and fishing area's.

 

cool...let me know the good fishing area's in estes if possible...Im up there for 3 weeks

 

Work wasn't to bad today. Made $150 in 7 hours. Not bad for a college kid if you ask me. Got tomorrow off. Gonna spend the time with the truck. She needs a bath and an oil change. Also need to gix the leak in my clearance lights, tighten up the lukes link, fix the reverse lights, finish painting the scotty 2, and clean the bed out.
