What to charge?

I have been storing a display and tent in one of my trailers for a company that supports some of the NASCAR tracks. I have been to 5 cup races and plan on going to 2 more before I have to lay out in a scheduling conflict. I was thinking of letting them use the trailer for the 3 months I am out.
I have been asked to put a price on the usage. It is a 29ft Gore enclosed. I am reasonably sure that I will not need it for the 3 months. Their tent and displays fit nicely in there. The trailer is a rounded nose so they can pull it with a shortbed if need be.
I hope to resume the shows and racing when my conflict is cleared.

What is the going rate? What would you charge?

Thanks

require insurance from them. if they are paying for you to attend NASCAR events, it might be worth doing an even trade

With the 5 races I have done, all have paid hourly wages, all expenses including milage and tickets to the races all weekend. At 2 races the tickets went unused due to load out of the display. 1 race the tickets were in nosebleed seats, Daytona was in good grandstand seats. 3 races were in suites, one of those had a waiterss and prime rib......

If I had been paid for the previous trips and I wanted to resume it later, I would personally require Insurance and charge them a buck for the usage.

But then I am a softy.

Call your local rental yards and see what the going rates are, around here it probably be around $200/week, $650/month.

Right now I personally would take the money, I can't eat NASCAR!
