Hooyah, Hooah, Ooh-rah, AARUGHA, Geronimo, aaaggg I’m losing my voice. Dragged my old Dad to a VFW in CA. He had never been to one even though he went to Korea and Viet. Good people from WWII to the present. Trying to get more new vets to join. Even if a vet didn’t get shot at (I didn’t) they still did their time and like you I thank them for their service.
Now on to more serious business like who moved the coffee pot while I was gone and why do all the donuts have holes in them?

Evening.

Just got home from a concert in Chi-town. Saw Black Label Society play and now I can't hear, gotta be the loudest rock concert I've been to! Wife and I had a good time at the concert.

Got some of the inlaws coming over tomorrow for pizza and to watch football. All of them are Bears fans so I hope that Buffalo kicks the Pelosi out of them! And later in the day is the Green Bay game but they aren't staying to watch it.

Got some good fresh sludge brewin in the pot and some donut with and w/o the holes. Dragon has been walked and stoked.

Hey!!! I just set our clocks back an hour. I should do it more often because it feels good! Still, I suppose I should go to sleep. Gotta look good in case Ed McMahon shows up with my check in the morning. Good night.

And don't forget the nigerian princess has that 15 million for you...

I could put all the paperwork together for you for a small transaction fee if you like...

'Morning all from a freeeeezzzing Mexico. There has been some kind of a polar front move across the country and it is unbelievably cold down here. Maybe for some of you this is not cold, but for those of us who live in Paradise, this is miserable. I have been forced to forego my shorts and even wear a sweater. At least it quickly warms up once the sun shows it's face. It's forecast to drop down to freezing tonight which is almost unheard of down here at this time of the year. The high does move up to a cloudless 22C which is pleasant.

Hope the rest of you have a great day and an even better week, wherever you are.

Morning y'all ...

Sure was a good thing the time change happened last night instead of tonight ... I didn't know about it and would'a held reveille on the kids a tad bit early for school. Duurrrrrppp !!!

Matt ... good concert, huh ?? I love loud music, but really never saw the logic in "make your ears bleed" loud that they do in concerts.

Had a great day with the new kids yesterday ... overall success. Little stressed at a couple points during the day (haven't dealt with ADHD before)... but man, those are some great kids !!

One funny thing that happened ... the two boys (3 & 9) both spotted this squirrel in the park, so off they go at mach 5 after the thing. It ducked behind a tree and waited for them on the other side of the tree about head level and scared the hell out of them both !!

Can't wait for next weekend.

Cheers,
PISTOL

RIGHT ON! I sooooooo can't wait. He called me about an hour ago and is on the downhill slope to coming home. Sittin on an Air Force base kicking back and actually sleeping in a bed for the first time since he got there. Eating better food and relaxing. I told him that I had told his mom that I was going to be stingy with the boy for a couple hours when he returned. He turned 21 over there and we are going for his first beer (legal anyways) and he was stoked to hear just he and I were going for a drink. I can't hardly sleep at night thinking of the homecoming on Wednesday at 1200! The youngest son and I are leaving here at 0400 tuesday morning. Stopping in Phoenix to see a couple buddies there and then thru Yuma to see if we can meet up with Mad and say hello then off to Oceanside. Then the youngest and I are going to kick it on the beach for a lil bit and the rest of the crew will be leaving here after work on tuesday with my daughter. Lil man wants to hang with pops so it will be a nice ride.

Truck is ready. New front brakes, new steering linkage, new steering box, oil change, alignment, hard tonneau cover installed, new GPS programmed with hotel address, fuel cans lined up (for emergency purposes), fabbed CB antenna mounts (installing them today), getting laundry done and I could leave TODAY!.

Thank you all. Hope to catch up with a few of you guys/gals in SoCal while I am there
