Over here a lawyer would've ran over and stuck a card in his face saying, "Your rights have been violated." Call 1-800-GET-EVEN and then the ACLU gets involved and... and... and... I could just gag.

 

That's awesome! I wish they could do stuff like that over here! We're waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too lenient w/ criminals!

Here in Canada we would charge him with leaving the scene of an accident, failing to yeild and let him out on bail. To do it again the next day.

When did America get so soft-hearted? If there's absolutely no doubt that somebody did a crime, why go easy on them? Punishment is punishment...so deal out all the physical punishment you need to stop crime. That's my theory.
