Come on slackers!
Get outta bed.
'Yer wastin' daylight.
pot it's singing it's song, won't be long 'til that steamin' cup o java is sittin' here keeping my eyes open.

'Sposed to go to breakfast w/ the nephew this AM.
Don't know if I can wait that long, he'a a late sleeer. .
Rest of the day will be spent trying to heal the Beast which is down with the 47RE flu.
Doctor TiminVA is helping with the diagnosis.
Hope the patient is back on it's feet soon, or I'll have to drive a GASSER to work.

Weather is still nice (For DC in the winter).
Coffee's ready............C-YA

Good luck on the Beast Ed. Let us know what you find.

Glad to be at work today. Wifey is home with a terrible toothache. Can't get in till Tuesday morning to get it fixed, so methinks I'll stay real scarce and be on my best behavior.

The weather is nice for DC winter (normally in highs in the 30s) ......it ain't Texas winter.

Did that once 'bout 15 years ago 'cuz I had no choice.
Riding a Motorcycle to work when the morning temps were in the single digits is NOT recommended for the faint of heart (just for the weak of mind or the desparate)

Morning already ?? I rolled in at 2 something and back up at 7 to take the duty. This one's gonna hurt later I'm sure .

Don't blame ya one bit for not riding in the cold, Ed. That cold air finds a way to get inside all your clothes and make the ride miserable.

Enjoy the BBQ's and such. Remember the folks in harms way when you toss back a toast today ...

I did that as well a great number of years ago.

Just add pushing snow with your kneecaps to the single digits, and you have a mental picture of my commute for about 2 weeks.

Hi Y'all,
Typical DWI weekend gone stupid. Glad I'm off next week.
Finishing up the last brew for the night. Getting the other eye fixed tomorrow at 0700. Feeling the same dread/apprehension/just plain scared feeling like last time. I don't like this stuff at all. Hate shots and getting cut on. Can't do anything about it. Shoot at me, at least I can run and dodge.
Outa here for a couple of days. Ask Sky 6 to keep an eyeball out for me.

ain'tlikingthisonebitShortround out

Morning all,
61* here this morning and some overnight rain that wasn't supposed to happen but I washed 2 vehicles yesterday.
Glad to hear Dr. Tim was able to diagnose the beast Ed. How long will surgery take?
Had a cup of and talked to Sky 6 this morning, he said SR will be fine (at least his eyes will be).
Dennis, how is Mrs. Rattlin? Are you still playing Mr. Mom?
Anyone heard from JKE in a while or did he fall in the river?

Have a good one,
~Rob

Neener neener neener, while ya'll are hard at work today, I'm out cruising around spending money again since I'm off the whole week. Think I'll go up the Front Royal and hide for a few days too.
OOPS, guess I shouldn't have given away my secret. If you see a big silver Dodge dually spelunking around in Front Royal, that won't be me.

Got to dig my self out from all the snow yesterday.
This place grinds (or perhaps, slides) to a halt when we get this much snow.
Kids love it, but we havent had trash pickup in three weeks. The mounds of trash on folks sidewalk is almost as tall as the snow!

Hey DD, if you run out of places to spend your money, feel free to send some my way!

You all take care.
Rich.
