Water cooler Feb 16-22nd

Good morning!

Water cooler has been moved over to Austria ;D

Weather is fine for the season. Just around freezing, good black ice on the roads.
Send doughnuts!

Mornin' all.
The "Forcasters" seem to get this one correct, we have 6" on the ground and it's still coming down. Predicting this could be one for the record books. (up tp 24&quot
Have a great day, glad I bought that snowblower in '96 ;D

Sundays are for "Power Breakfasts" Eggs, Bacon, Grits, Toast, and pancakes. :P ;D

Now, see, if you lived on the left coast, you'd have temps to the high 40's, with light to heavy drizzle and possibility of rain this pm. Pattern expected to continue throughout the week. It had better clear up by next Sunday as we have a BOMB party scheduled (DDII's going in). California seems to be getting Washington's (the other Washington, not D.C.) real rainy weather and there's some real good flooding and mudslides taking place.

~Dave

Howdy from up here.

Gonna be a mild day for us too. Should touch the freezing mark. What I am liking now is how the days are noticably longer. Dang the garden seeds and tools and stuff are already in the stores.

Weather is pulling about 29.25 inches. 38 degrees. and the wind is blowing so hard I had to use a claymore to bust a crow at 25 yards.
I do have a big pot of bean soup going. Wife went shopping so I emptied the frig. Got it setting on top of the wood stove doing the slow cook thing. Come on over and help me eat it. Got cold beer in the frig too.
Still ain't got the disc unloaded, but I did go out and fire up the tractor.
Was bad dehydrated from yesterday, so I had myself a "hydraulic porkchop" around 0830. Didn't pee, so I had another. It worked.
Wife thinks I'm suffering from male menopause. Told her it was SCD (Second Childhood Disorder). Went off mumbling something.
Not sure I want to retire. Wife said something about someone getting a divorce.
She was at a total loss for words when she saw the new disc. I think she really liked it. Mumbled something about me needing to store it where the sun wouldn't bleach the paint. Women are hard to understand sometimes.

shortround out

Can you say below zero again????? ALL month the temps have bottomed out at zero or below. Tonight the temp is supposed to stay above zero. Believe it or not we still have only about 2 inches of snow on the ground!!!

Well, that was an interesting night. My son's power was off so I was running around until two this morning looking up Kero and taking him my kero heater.

Went past Rattlin's place about 01:30 to go up to East Coast and get some Kero, the only place open within 100 miles. Thought I'd stop and visit but he has a big fierce mean dog so I passed.

Something tells me this is going to be a long day fellow sniffers.
