Warrant Questions / Shreveport Police

I know someone who has a warrant out and was indicted on two felonies in Houston in the spring for some crimes committed against my family. This person used to live in Houston but now is with family in Shreveport, La. I have given all current contact information / last known employment information to the Houston police and it is on file with the warrant information. This person is aware of their actions and does not want to come to Texas where they could easily be arrested; they seem to be avoiding the matter in hopes that it will just go away. On the other hand, this person is not “high priority” to get and extradite for Shreveport police. I am looking for some way to have this person arrested so they can face their charges. I have learned that since this now crosses state lines, it is much more difficult. This person committed some very vindictive crimes against my family and I want to see justice happen. Any suggestions?

Unless the authorities can catch him in their jurisdiction, or he gets picked up in La and they extradite him, I think you're pretty much outta luck.
If he gets a traffic violation, and they "run" him for warrants, they might pick him up and hold him.

Step One: Dress up like a hot chick...

Step Two: Do a slight purr as you walk past him in your high heels...

Step Three: Get in your car and drive for the border. Then tell the Texas lawmen that you're being followed by a creepy individual.

You never know, it might work...

Or you might be arrested for being that "creepy individual"...

Good point.

Instead of driving to Texas, drive to Georgia...

Call and talk to the local cops. They may be happy to pull him over for say a license plate light or something and run him for wants and warrants.
