Ok Guys I need some help. I am trying to remove some under coating on a
fiberglass hood its like undercoating with rubber mixed in and is very hard.
I have tried Laquer thinner- paint thinner-gas-alcohol.Any help?

Some of that kind of material is almost impervious to solvents. It is particularly hard if the hood is still attached to the vehicle. If you can turn the hood over, it will make things easier. You can try a small area with toluol or MEK. Be very careful breathing the fumes on these as it will quickly rot your lungs etc. Use gloves. Another thing you can try is a good quality gooey paint stripper, but let it sit for a while. Don't think that an easy way exists to remove that stuff.

Are you sure that it is undercoating material? The way you are describing it, it is starting to sound like Rhino or Line-X. If there are one of those dealers near you call them and ask what they use to get it off.
Sounds like you will also need at least a 5 gallon bucket of elbow grease. Don't buy the cheap verson as it does not work. Go to Home Depot and ask them for their best quality elbow grease. Try the paint department.
