I know it's too late to try this recipe for Thanksgiving, but for those of you who have turkey at Christmas, give this a try. Gobble, Gobble. <br><br><br>Baked Stuffed Turkey <br><br><br><br>Ingredients <br><br>10-20 lb. Turkey <br><br>3 C. melted butter <br><br>5 C. stuffing <br><br>(Pepperidge Farm is great!) <br><br>2 C. uncooked popcorn <br><br>(Orville Redenbacher's Kettle Corn is great!) <br><br>salt/pepper to taste. <br><br><br><br>Directions <br><br>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. <br><br>Brush turkey well with melted butter, salt, and pepper. <br>(spreading with fresh thyme and rosemary is great also) Fill the cavity with some of the stuffing and also the 2 C. of popcorn. <br>(VERY IMPORTANT)-Place in shallow baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven. <br><br>Listen for the popcorn to pop. <br><br>When the turkey's a$$ blows the oven door open and the darn thing flies across the room...it's DONE!<br><br>
