Ok i thought the 6.0L ford was supposed to be out for 2004?? I had a VERY reliable source tell me he was at Bert Wolf Ford on saturday and they had a &quot;2003 6.0L PSD&quot; he described it to me sounded like he was telling the truth only he said on the Valve cover it said 345HP i thought it was 325?? oh well....Anyhow he also said that when he mentioned dodge/Cummins that the dealer said oh Dodge is &quot;getting rid of that little Cummins for a Mercedes Diesel&quot;? I thought that the Dodge/Cummins Contract lasted until 2007?? Does this dealer know what he is talking about or is her retarded???<br><br>-Ian

 

The 7.3 liter was no longer available back in early November when we last checked and I was told that the 6.0 liter can be ordered but was not going to be shipped til late this month or early January.<br><br>

 

I was over at my dealer a few weeks ago. He said the MB was making a diesel for Dodge. But he told me that he did not believe it was for our 2500/3500 trucks. He also told me that Cummins and Dodge had a contract till 2007. So i was wondering if it might be for Dakota or something. Not sure though. I really want to see MB that diesel for the Dakota. My dads truck with the v-6 suck. Really bad fuel mileage and it has no ***** at all. MB makes great diesel but I am just don't want it replacing the Cummins. -Anthony
