has anyone had problems with this company? i just ordered a part from them and after I did I read a whole bunch of negative remarks about them on the internet. They were older remarks but i am curious has anyone had good results from this company? Were the bad remarks just isolated incidents?

Just after I ordered it said not to call them for the tracking number. That I shouldn't contact them until after 10 days.......I didn't like that much.

I had great luck with them but that's while Jesse Rohr still worked there. Once he left it seemed like everybody started having problems.....

their price was good, I just hope they follow through. I will let you know what I find out..
It was just after I placed the order that I got the email not to contact them for 10 days and also it said there is not going to be a tracking number. The other businesses all have tracking numbers and I like that....

If they send it via USPS then there won't be a tracking number. They give a number but it is only good after the package is recieved. A lot of good that does.....
If you are really not happy with the transaction then call and cancel it. There are plenty of venders that would love to get your $$$.....

I had a good experience with them, same thing though, Jesse was still there. Ordered a set of flares for my brother, and my diablo stack. Great service and shipping.

all of my items were shipped as stated. The nerf bars look great....Throw away the directions...Sort all the nuts and bolts into two equal sides.....and installation was pretty good. The pictures they have with the directions helped a bit. I sorted the bolts, washers and stuff before I started and that helped a bunch. The first one took twice as long as the second. They miss marked (in Japan or China) the side that they were supposed to go on. Other than that everything was good. The nerf bars made a huge difference in getting in and out of my truck and the chrome looks nice. If your in an area where there is a lot of road water/snow/Salt/ or whatever...I think the chrome brackets would be the way to go.

if you live in an area where they use mag chloride, black is the only way to go as mag puts nice black pits in chrome, aluminum, and stainless steel.
