well heres the outcome.... total damage estamate was $6446.52 with all new oem parts and thats with labor. as for rental i could not get a vehical capable of towing due to the fact that places wont rent "commercial" vehicals unless you have a company, at least thats what i was told buy buget and enterprise. so im stuck with an 08 f-150 extend cab for a rental that i cant tow with and is such a dog i would rather get out and walk. i mean this thing is slow. So i am going to take my parents 04 ram 1500 quad cab 4X4 hemi on the camping trip and tow the trailer with that. insurance company didnt fight me about wanting a fullsize rental so i guess you are intitled to a equal rental when someone crashes into your truck.
