Trading in tomorrow

well everyone, im trading in my 1992 K2500 chevy truck tomorrow for a 2001.5 Dodge 2500 with the Cummins HO diesel. It is silver and is a long bed quad cab. Has a 6 spd manual tranny and has never hauled any type of fifth wheel or gooseneck. They say the owner was in his 50s/60s and basically used it as a fishing/hunting truck. It has 96 or 97k miles on it and it is literally mint inside and out. I will get pics ASAP for you guys. (my mom dropped and busted my digital this week)

Sounds great! You're sure to love the truck, plus it sounds like it's worth it. Are you getting much for the Chevy?

well....considering i just put 2 new head gaskets on it (1300 bucks) ans a new radiator (320 bucks) not really, theyre only giving me 2500 for it, and its well worth at least 3000 or more, heres a pic of it

as you guys can telll, for almost 180k miles, this is a VERY clean truck with very VERY minimal rust around the cab corners and a nearly mint interior and exterior...its hard to believe this truck started life as a construction truck! I know if i sold it myself i could get 5 to 6k for it, but i cant do that because i need the money for the payments

That Chevy is mint.

From my experiences those trucks fall apart something fierce, especially at 180,000. We have one that's at 275,000...

I trust it to go from point A to B, but it sure won't be in style... That truck, however, is the cleanest Chevy I've ever seen.
