I use hearing aids that are tuned to generate a tone that drowns out the ringing. When I wear them it helps

I have a high frequency shhhhh constantly for the last about 3 years. Annoying, but ignorable. Went to and audiologist last week for a hearing test. She tried hearing aids on me, but they didn't work like she thought. 1, TOO LOUD! 2, sounded scratchy and tinnie.

You'd be surprised how much additional salt is in most processed foods. My friend had menieres so badly he'd have to go into a darkened room on med for two or three days due to the vertigo and nausea which then brought on migranes...sleeping with the radio or tv helps, as noted. Complete quiet is the worst he said.

Good luck with it.

Well, finished the bottle of Tinnifree after 2 weeks and no help for me. The ENT doc did tell me that homeopathic remedies don't work for all, guess that means me.

chiropractor? I've been going to one for years and he's the only thing that saves me from being in permanent pain.

Left ear only. My salt intake doesn't change anything.
I'm going to try a hearing aid like railroaderone mentioned.
