Talking For those of you that like turbo whistle ...
A sound clip that I took earlier today in my carport.

Description :

Engine start and idle, then engine is spun up to 1700 RPM. Followed by a short burst of ~2200 RPM, then back down to 1700. Then I moved back to where the exhaust pipe is and got a good listen to a healthy CTD.

What is up with that wimpy belt squel at the end, when my cummins stops, it sounds like a Banshee, and sends all the little kids running...

Belt Squeal, It was a automatic tranny most likely.

Dave, the site that hosts that file doesn't allow downloads. Just left click the link and it will play on the page.

Yep it has an auto in it.
