Re:Summer's over!

I know summer will rear its ugly head around here again before fall officially gets here....but when I went out to the truck this morning to crank it up it was 61 degrees outside. That's downright CHILLY for September around here!! At lunch time it was GORGEOUS outside....clear skies, sun shining and 77 degrees with a nice little breeze. Made me want to take the rest of the day off. ;D

I can dig this. ;D

Heck...might have to plug the block heater in tonight. Supposed to get down in the 60's again. ;D

Hoss,

Do ya really think you need your block heater if the temp is in the 60's??.....it was under 40 here and the truck starts just fine. As a matter of fact, it starts just fine at 0 when its not plugged in.

Re:Summer's over!

We've already had light snow just west of here in the foothills. Down to around 6K elevation. Some parts of the state have already seen the first freeze too. Overnight low was 36* here Saturday night.
