Stopped in at Western Wood
Looks like you're in for a treat. Took me 2 summers, but my father and I built a 2300 sq ft. barn by ourselves. Floating slab, two floors, 16' wide second floor, wood burning stove, and a lot of copper wiring!
The number one thing I can recommend is over wire the poop out of it. You can NEVER have too many lights, too many outlets, etc...
Also, if it's at all possible put a center drain in plus running water.
Finally, I don't know how cold your area of Washington gets but if you have the chance and are putting in a concrete floor go with PEX. Our floor is as cold as a son of a gun and even if it's 80 in the barn it feels like 50 with the floor because it's ice cold. It might be an extra few grand but it's worth it's weight in gold and our next barn will have it for sure.
