SRT-10 Fuel Mileage
I guess the guy running the SRT-10 at the track tonight was completely clueless. He was running 15's. My cousin beat the SRT-10 with his qc Hemi and I beat them both. I got to smoke a Silverado (gas) and new PS as well.
Advocate of getting the ban button used on him...

Ok, don't any of you SRT-10 owners take this personally. But the SRT-10 guys I have seen at the track just don't fall into that drag racer mold, whether it is old school muscle car, hard core speed freaks, hard hat diesel driver or teenagers that can take a 110hp ricer into the 13s. They all seem to come from the Gallery or High Tech area and show up in nice looking business casual dress. And if there lucky they get told they can't run any more until they get a helmet because they broke into the 13s.
I would love to get my hands on one and see what I could do with it on the track

I just sold my SRT-10.... It was a reg cab 6 speed. It got around 9 miles to the gallon and was a turd as far as performance.... It did sound cool.....
I would think twice about it. My trans went after only owning the truck for 2 days, it was a dealer demo and had 4000 miles on it. They also wont handle any good mods without engine work... If you look at some of the forums on the trucks, half the people there have had the engine replaced... and the other half have had the trans replaced.... Also warranty is no good with any performance parts on it. Mine was a complete headache.
