Melting, dripping, soggy yard....I think I agree with Bobby, Spring is here. Long week in my future, working 3 extra shifts plus the normal add-ons that are sure to pop up. Had some really interesting classes drop on us for the younger guys, so Supervisors are filling in for them. Enjoy the warmer weather!

It's my pot and I'll stir it if I want to. If you're not careful, I'll stir your's as well!
Morning folks. Another new week has arrived. Is it my imagination or is each new week arriving faster and faster - sooner than the week before.
Spring sprung here quite a few weeks ago. The peaches on my lone peach tree are now 3/4" long and growing. Only problem with this time of year down here is that it can be quite breezy at times. No rain, plus the wind equals lots of dust. The long range forecast shows rain for next week. Good, we need some rain.
Bob, nice try, but will pass on breakfast at the Golden Arches. That place is the bottom of the food chain, although their coffee is not bad. BTW, what is a snow shovel?
Have a question in the 3rd gen area re Kelderman and very surprised that with so many members here, that there has only been one answer. This mod must not be as popular as I was hoping to find.
It's going to be a nice day here today and not as much wind as yesterday. I will take it. That will make it nice for when we join our friends for our usual outdoor Sunday lunch under the palm trees.
Grabbing another cup of coffee and outa here. Got lots to do.

Got slushy warm here yesterday. I tried to work on the FSS but the wind blew the parts out of my hand.
Chickadees singing their spring song. Oil seed and venison fat leaving the feeders at a much reduced rate. They're finding bugs, getting tired of the C-rations.
Thanks for the

Was near 70 here the last 2 days. Should be there again today. Nice only needing one fire a day to stay warm. Going to go ride over into Kansas near Colorado and check out this thing I spotted on the map called "Arikaree Breaks".

Warm rain and howling wind yesterday. Today, 28° and dropping. Supposed to be in the mid teens dropping to around zero at night through the week.
Lost an hour of sleep, I'll make it up with an extra hour at nap time.

Had to stop by for more ph00. Just woke up from a nap out in lanai. Gorgeous. Orchids blooming along with gardenias, ixora, plants going craze and I got some nice sun tanning. Looking for temps in the 83 - 87 all week. Tough, but someone has to do it.

Didn't find the badlands today, but got an idea where they are at, had a nice ride. Amigo's back up over 18 MPG. Would have been higher but I went up and down some hills between Haigler and St Francis. Then I found old 34 out of Trenton and ran it out through Massacre Canyon to the marker on the new highway.

Morning DTR'ers. Thanks for the coffee Bob.
It's Monday, so that means that I need to be on the road shortly after sunup. Better move.
For those on the market for a new pickup, here is an interesting one for sale. Too bad it does not have a Cummins.

I'm so glade I make my own coffee.
18°, clear and dark at the airport. Going to have to burn the lights an extra hour to make up for daylight saving time.
