Some tool companies are easy to deal with...
Decided to start getting broken tools replaced.... had a stanley ratchet that I tore the insides out of with a cheater pipe and a couple broken sockets from using with impact wrench.... I called them up, told them what was broken, they took my address and said new ones are on the way. 3 days later, fedex truck brings me new ones... no questions asked.
Also had some broken Irwin Vice Grips.... I called them up, they sent me new springs for the ones that I had broken springs on and I had one that was bent up and they sent me a replacement for that one as well, again no questions asked.
It is good to see that some companies still have good customer service.

Yeah, try Great Neck. I have some from home depot and from autozone. Tried to take a broken 1'2" extension back. Apparently there are differences between their individual tool stock and tool kit stock... no one- for-one....
