Some people can't DRIVE
Some people can't DRIVE
Well this morning on the way to work, I had this little truck (s-10) on my rear. He followed real close for a long time. Straight stretches and everything. He followed.<br>Well got to this hill on U.S. 27. The squirt decided to pass me. I was running 60. He pulled out, and he punched it. It sound terrible. It was one of them 2.8's<br>Well for 300 yards he was at my rear fender. I finally wiped the laughter tears from my eyes and cracked on my 99. All I could see was this guy slapping his dask like it was a horse, and giving me the international sign for "Have a nice day."<br>I can't help it that his truck can't climb hills.
<br>We got to town and I stopped to get a coke and some muffins. The guy pulled in and jumped out. He said "Wow that thing is fast." I laughed and said ya and I only tapped the throttle.<br>Thanks for the finger. :P

Re:Some people can't DRIVE
My #1 story.<br><br>Last year on my way home form Scheids in Terra Haute I got all the way to with in about 15 miles form the house when I came to a place on I-265 were the State Street Exit merges in and this older Ford T-bird was wanting to merge. I'm in the slow lane because in another 1000ft I have to exit and was doing 60 mph pulling my 26' TT. The guy came up and just started to creap over into my lane. I waited till he got about 5" away from my rear 33x12.50 BFG Mt and gave him a toot of the horn.
The guy jerked the car over onto the shoulder and kept driving at 60mph thinking I would slow down to let him in. [undecided] He finaly desided he wasn't going to move 14,000lbs of rolling truck and trailer and slowed down to merge.
(lesson tought) Well by this time I had to take the on ramp to I-64 West and once I got to merge there was no traffic except a tractortrailer in the slow lane so I jumped over into the middle lane to pass the truck going up the 6% grade. This guy came up along side of me to my left and his lovely wife blasted me with both the birds.
I just looked down at her and blew her a little kiss :-* with a friendly wave.
The look on her face was priceless :-[ she just turned and looked strait ahead while her idoit husband/boyfriend almost rearended a state police car.
;D <br><br><br>I've wondered what kind of a ticket that Jack@$$ got.

Re:Some people can't DRIVE
Boy, I can't wait until spring time to see how many "salutes" I get. Drive to work "in the dark" "both ways". While my driving route is nothing like yours I'm sure, we do have our share of mentally deficient drivers and it's always my pleasure to show them the benefits of driving a Dodge. ;D ;D<br><br>~Dave
