Don't patent it and it's guaranteed to make someone else a truckload of money and you exactly $0.

Afternoon all. Just found out that my bank changed my free checking account with free limited online billpay to a free checking account with $0.50/transaction online billpay or I can change to a $6/month account with free online billpay. Guess it's time to go bank shopping to see if anyone else wants my business.

Well, I'm taking donations for the financing of the patent fees! All donators will get a .00000001 cut of all net profits too!

Find a credit union. They aren't angels either, but they're better than banks.

Mark, sorry to hear about your Marine. Prayers being sent!

Evening DTR. Work is going well, been doing alot of work with changing out old electro-mechanical electric meters with the new "Smart" electric meters.

Ordered a new dash and bezel for the Dodge tonight. I'm excited that I'll finally have a crack and hole free dash!

Got good news, the wifes newphew is doing very good and has complete his first round of Chemo. Dr's are very optimistic that has going to beat the cancer. He still has a long road ahead of him but we're hoping for the best. He turns 1 this week.

My mom's B-day is tuesday(V-day), she turns 39 for the 15th year in a row.

OMG, I've managed to avoid that stuff for a few decades now but I do remember when it arrived on the scene.

Provisional patent is only a couple hundred I think.

Matt that's good news!

Greetings...this could get kind of long...

About 11 days ago I noticed a lump just above my left knee area...First thing I thought was NOT AGAIN! Friday my wife looks at it and she was shocked. She does not shock easy.
The mass had grown larger and the muscle in the leg was wasting quickly.
I saw the surgeon today and he confirmed that the mass or ganglion has pushed up through my quad tendon and split it. He was asking me what kind of pain I am having. There is no pain compared to my right arm.

I hesitated posting yet another round of Scotty Wounds. Its tiring, frustrating and irritating for me...I can imagine it is for others as well. People at work are freely commenting that I am faking this and I am milking the system...even though I have medical [supposed to be highly confidential] records, reports and statements from doctors with regards to my situation.

Right now I am walking around a bit unstable with a split quadraceps tendon and its not giving me the pain I am encountering with my arm. This arm pain is a combination of nerve pain, tendonosis and muscle pain that is very difficult to address with medications. I am leary about pumping all sorts of high doses of medication into my body to mask whats going on. The pain is severe in nature and debilitating. I think I know what pain is...many times I have had broken bones, ruptured tendons, MVA's etc etc...this arm is trumping all! I have had an MRI, two nerve tests, one with needles in my radial nerve, and consults with the top surgeon in the city. The result so far is that I must pursue an upper extremity specialist to look at a couple of surgical procedures to rectify the problem. I have severe carpel tunnel in the Medial and Ulnar nerves and a compression of the radial nerve in my right tri-ceps. The radial nerve is functioning normal but it becomes very aggravated when my muscles contract...even the movement of my hand to type this gives me some intense nerve pain.

I see the doc for my arm March 16. I am on call for surgery on my leg for Feb 28. My anniversary.

I believe that soon this stuff will be behind me. Its been a very difficult and frustrating haul since the end of August. I must say that not once did I hear from any of my co workers. It tells me something...especially now since I know where the rumors started and how these rumors where initiated by superiors. I received some text messages from a few folks giving me a heads up that one co worker was...following...stalking my posts on here.
I had to turn all of this...everything over to my Higher Power and to the people that know how to handle this. I am grateful for the Guidance and assistance I have received.

The surgeon is confident that this mass will not be Cancerous. Its a real challenge to not let my thinking go off course with all of this...the pain gets me to a point where I get very frustrated. Thankfully I have not done or said anything rash because of it. Actually, I feel well grounded, thanks to folks on this site, the professionals involved, my AA program and God.
This has been a very intense learning experience.

Sorry to have rambled. I call this place home. I have hesitated a few times about posting here because of the stalker. That is their choice to be like that, not mine. I will Pray for them.

Scotty, I can't imagine how frustrating it is for you to add yet another injury to your existing pain. You've commented in the past about some of the things that you've been through and that you believe that God has a purpose for your life. The best that I can encourage you with this evening is that God still has a purpose, even though we can't understand what it is.

I'm glad that you feel free to share here and know that many of us are available by PM, post, or phone if you need a shoulder to unload on. I don't know if you are familiar with Joni Eareckson Tada but I'm reminded of her story even though your situations are rather different. I hope that somehow you can take encouragement from her story. In the meantime, we'll be praying for your healing and your mental stability. Please know that we are humbled to be part of your support group.

Scotty, I think you should post this person's name. Address and phone number too. I'm not saying I wish this person any ill will, but I think it will be interesting to sit back and watch what happens after the name becomes public!
All the best to you Scotty, I dunno how you do it. And please keep us posted.
