Your insurance company isn't doing you any favors here for sure.
What companies are they so the rest of us know who to stay away from (even though they're all criminals anyway)?
Find another lawyer too I guess.
I'd be raising holy #$%^ with their insurance company in person as well.
And hate to even metnion it b/c I consider myself honest, but I'd probably threaten them with some injuries that are now starting to bother you jsut to get them to listen. Squeaky wheel gets the grease and noone says you need to follow through with any false claims, maybe just use as an attention getter.

Well I spoke with someone at my insurance co yesterday who said he would make a note that the other insurance co was not cooperating. He said they don't have much they can do but they could possibly add the bill to what they will require his insurance to pay them. How much truth there is to that and if they can or will I have my doubts.

At this point I just think they know what to say to get somebody to shut up.

On top of it all, the place I am dealing with on a full replacement steel bumper decided to drop the ball by taking two weeks to place my order. Now the manufacturer has run out of raw materials and sold out of their in stock products. Of course the bumper is all that is left and the rental bill keeps adding up.
