Yea hard to tell online with out a pic, at least you could have done a scan of your hand...

 

How to tell if your wrist is broken.

It wasn't too hard to tell when I broke my wrist, when I held up my arm and my hand fell down limp next to it.
The radial nerve was stretched across the end of the jagged bone causing most of my perminate damage that was in 2001.
After getting 2 injections, 100mg each of Demerol within 30 minuets when they tried to set it my right hand came loose and accidentally punched the doctor.
When 2 BIG interns come in and held me down and 2 more doctors were grabbing at my wrist I know I was in for some pain. They had to re-break it 2 times.
I had to wear a cast up past my elbow to my shoulder and then a brace for about 6 months, and it still is not right. I had to sleep sitting up in a chair for 6 months.
On a pain scale of 1-10 it had to be around 50.
Yes I even take my camera to the emergency room.
