SanFrancisco... as far left as you can get.
I don't know if this belongs here, but here goes. I was just on the computer and had the news on in the background, so I didn't catch all the details...
SanFrancisco has a new chief of police... and it's a he/she, transgender, whatever you want to call it.
Looked like a lady in her 40's, then when she spoke, it was a very manly voice. What the heck is going on over on the left coast? That has got to be one freaky city to live in... sorry if I'm offending anyone who lives there, but come on!!!

As a resident of The East Bay,DON'T GET ME STARTED,c'mon,ask me something silly like why can't any of the kids in school read when they "graduate",why our roads have gone to hades in a hand basket,the money goes to those who need "help",'ever contemplate gettin a job,learning the language of the country in which you reside?We need a party to celibrate the completion of a bridge......3 years late and Billions over budget.

I actually figured that by the time I logged on tonight @ home after work, this thread would be locked or deleted all together. surprising. Guess I figured more would come in with stronger views and opinions.

I don't care what gender it is as long as it does a better job than the current chief. SF is where someone broke the window on my Ram and took a bunch of crap when I'd only had it for 6 months. I forget the exact number of broken window/thefts/night but it is something around 40-70 and those are only the ones that get reported. It is completely out of control.
