Isn't he on Beuty and the Geeks now on the WB.

I'll admit that I'm one of the ones that took it apart (only to see how it worked ) and when I put it together again, lo and behold all the colors matched

I had one about 20 years ago that had words on it. In addition to getting the sides correct, you had to get the center squares oriented correctly. I used to put it in a checkerboard and then let my then 5 year old solve it. He was a big hit at the VFW christams party that year!

Anyone remember the flat one they came out with? It was like plexiglass with fishing string wound all around it??
Yet another one I had to put in a drawer to avoid insanity.

Funny how it only takes one little toy like that, how many of those things do you think were sold in 1983? Millions?

Yeah, he is on that show, the old lady made me watch it the other day, and darn, those girls look fine(hence beauty).

I could never figure one out, I barely got one side figured out. But, this peaks my intrest again some, may have to stop by the Cracker Barrel here in town sometime to get me another one.

I believe its the number one selling puzzle of all time. Debuted in 1980. I got the 25th anniversary edition, only difference between it and a normal cube is that it has shiny silver stickers on one side instead of white.

Ed, I saw that too. 11.13 seconds, wow, that guy has some dexterity for sure.
