Great man who fought hard for our rights for many years has past.

 

dang man, he will be missed, he did quite a bit for the NRA, and that I thank him for. RIP

 

Now he gets to see if got got the part of Moses right!
He was a Great actor.

 

He was a great spokesman for the NRA, perhaps the best we'll ever have. But more importantly he was a proud American and a loyal husband in a business where those things are rare. Not too many decent folks in Hollywood, too bad there's one less now.

 

Another American icon has passed.

 

He's one of my favorites.....

I'm surprised the media has acknowledged his work with the NRA.

The media can afford to be "nice" now. After all he can't defend himself now.

Another great man from a bygone era gone.

 

We have lost a great patriot.

He once delivered a jab at then-President Clinton, saying,He will be missed.

 

America lost one of its best citizens and entertainers today. He was not only great to watch, he was inspiring with his patriotism, loyalty, and dedication to family.

Truly a great man.

I miss him already..

 

He will be missed. A great actor, patriot, and man.

It sounds like he lived well, and accomplished a lot in his life.

As an actor I think he played many roles in films that actually touched people, which is somthing very few actors of today could say.

Also he did more than talk about his dedication to American freedom and rights, he worked hard to preserve those rights.

Sadly, I don't think we are raising people of his caliber as fast we are loosing them.

 

RIP Charlton, you were a good and faithful servant.
